Tonbridge:

Part and full-time bar positions - Competitive rates of pay, training and great beer included alongside company discounts. Experience is preferred, being a lover of great food, beer, gin & whisky is fairly essential. Positions starting immediately in both our pubs.

Role will include, but not limited to: Opening and prepping the pub/bar for service; serving customers; handling cash; serving beer, spirits, soft drinks, making tea/coffee; clearing tables; maintaining our standards & following company checklists/standards/schedules; cleaning (lots); restocking; receiving deliveries on occasion; event work; attending training courses & meetings; drinking responsibly, eating tasty food and hopefully learning/becoming passionate about it in the process!

Supervisor - All the above, plus additional industry training courses (such as Cicerone training, health & safety as well as our own in house training programme). The successful applicant should have a background in hospitality. Experience in the world of Craft Beer, Gin & Whisky will be considered a plus.

Role will include, but definitely not limited to: All the above role requirements as a basic, plus - food prep; food service and handling of meats, cheeses and other items on our menu; leading a team on shift, receiving deliveries, occasional cashing up and opening/closing of the pub.

TUNBRIDGE WELLS:

Assistant/Deputy Manager - All the above, plus additional industry training courses (such as Cicerone training, management courses, health & safety as well as our own in house training programme). The successful applicant should have a background in hospitality, ideally at supervisor/management level. Experience in the world of Craft Beer, Gin & Whisky will be considered a plus.

Role will include, but definitely not limited to: All the above role requirements as a basic, plus - food prep; food service and handling of meats, cheeses and other items on our menu; managing your team; working within a management team; ordering; deliveries; maintaining health & safety/fire/food safety standards; cellar management; menu writing and blackboard writing; in-house events; staff training and motivation; general standards and day to day running of a busy pub; developing good product knowledge and awareness; supporting your managers in their roles.

General Manager - All the above as standard. Experience is certainly required in the industry and experience in the beer or gin world is a massive plus! The successful applicant must have have a background in hospitality, with at least 2 years experience at management level. Experience in the world of Craft Beer, Gin & Whisky is also required. We would expect the candidate to also have experience of cellar work and you should possess excellent delegation and leadership skills and the ability to lead a team and drive sales & customer experience. You should also understand the basic financials of a pub, including margins, stock control and P&L management.

Role will include, but definitely not limited to: All the above role requirements as a basic, plus - managing of team of around 10; health & safety/fire/food safety standards and implementation; ensuring all standards across the board are met including, but not limited to, cleaning, event promotion, product knowledge and staff training. Budget control and stock management, including driving sales will also form a large part of the role.
